CDF made a doctrinal mistake in the excommunication of Lefebvre :Guido Pozzo knows VCII is Feeneyite

Archbishop Guido Pozzo does not interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism and nor does he admit that the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) made a mistake in the excommunication of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, since Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Tradition when interpreted with Feeneyism.
The CDF in 2017 still interprets Vatican Council II with Cushingism. Pozzo, Secretary of the Ecclesia Dei lied in public during an interview last month?. He said that in principle Vatican Council II will not be interpreted as a rupture with Tradition. This would be CDF deception.
He will not interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism since the CDF does not want to oppose the influential Jewish Left, even though their values in general are those of Satan.
A few years back Fr.Aldo Rossi, the Prior, of the SSPX at Albano, Italy said there were no physically or practically known cases of the baptism of desire etc without the baptism of water. This is something obvious, he said.
So there cannot be practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).Fr.Rossi was really interpretating baptism of desire and blood and being saved in invincible ignorancewith Feeneyism.
So is Vatican Council II Feeneyite ? Are there no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II to the dogma EENS? LG 16 , LG 14, LG 8 etc are not exceptions to traditional EENS?
Fr.Pierpauolo Petrucci, the District Superior, Italy and Bishop Bernard Fellay, Superior General of the SSPX will not comment on this issue.Nor will they interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism.
We need to remember that Bishop Fellay disowned Bishop Richard Williamson and Fr. Abrahamovic since he did not want the SSPX to seem Anti-Semitic.
Also SSPX priests are not allowed to speak on this doctrinal issue and no Press Statements are issued on Vatican Council II being interpreted with Cushingism or Feeneyism.
The excommunication of the Archbishop was a mistake since Vatican Council II ( Cushingite) is really a break with Tradition and so Lefebvre was correct.
It was the responsibility of Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger,Prefect of the CDF to inform all Catholics that Vatican Council II could also be interpreted with Feeneyism and there would be no rupture with Tradition. He did not do this.

Over the years he did not excommunicate so many liberals who were teaching heresy. In fact Ratzinger's position on EENS and Vatican Council II was heretical. Also Redemptoris Missio the first document he issued as CDF Prefect, is Cushingite and not Feeneyite in its theology.
Last March 2016, as if on the request of the Left, he made a surprise announcement. He said EENS was no more like it was for the 16th century missionaries. Doctrine had been changed. He meant there was 'a development of doctrine' with Vatican Council II ( Cushingite).
With Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) there would be no development but he was not going to announce it and neither will Guido Pozzo do the same today. In spite of so many reports on the Internet over some six or seven years they do not set right the doctrinal error and apologize for the excommunication of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.
