Family? Yes, Please!

For the third consecutive year, the International Family Congress will take place in Rome from November 28 to 29.

Educators, teachers, and non-governmental organizations will gather to discuss the problems and opportunities that families currently face. The title is "Parents, Constructors of the Family".

Phoebe Wilson, Consultant of the Institute of Higher Studies on Woman explains:

"The idea is not only to draw more attention to the topic of the family, the needs of the family, the importance of the family in society, but also to gather together people from around the world who are already involved in associations that favor the family or who have the topic of the family as one of their greater interests; to get together to change, interchange, exchange ideas, to be able also to speak about the particular situation the family is facing today, to bring out new ideas, to exchange information so as to have a more coordinated effort on a global scale that is favorable to the family. That is something that is going to be able to help channel all these good desires, good initiatives, and make it more effective."

Until last year this was a European congress but now it has become an international event.
