No. It's learned behaviour, usually the preserve of social misfits, exhibitionists and people with mental health issues. The Charismatic movement is dangerous. I once worked for an organisation and some of the people in the organisation used to attend similar 'Catholic Charismatic' events. I noticed that it was always the most emotionally unstable and vulnerable who attended these events and enthused about them afterwards.
