(WNCN) — Two men are behind bars after cyber tips from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation accused them of child sex crimes, according to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office. According to the sheriff’s office, investigators received a number of tips through the Internet Crimes Against Children database, which said 39-year-old Joshua Lee Gilliam and 39-year-old Ronald Wayne Lynch Jr. were in possession of child sexual abuse material.
