On its face, this speech seems like a very brightly-glowing piece of evidence in support of the idea that Pope Benedict XVI's resignation was substantially erroneous (and hence invalid), and has been cited by several people as such.
HOWEVER, one such person who cites this Ganswein speech for this purpose, also refers to Ganswein as a "dirty, lying, gaslighting manipulator and jailer," and I don't necessarily doubt that that accusation is correct.
But if it is correct, then one must immediately be inordinately suspicious of anything Ganswein would say, and especially when, in that speech, he so very clearly laid out the very case being made concerning the lack of validity of Pope Benedict XVI's resignation.
