Lead into the Agnus Dei.
This video is designed to show choirs when to sing the Angus Dei at the Traditional Mass (the Missal of 1962, Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite).
The priest has sung the Pater Noster, and there is a sung dialogue between the priest and the congregation (led by the schola), before the schola sings the Agnus Dei.
The tone used for the dialogue is the 'Most Solemn Tone' (Tonus Solemnior), which is appropriate for solemn occasions. It can be found in the Liber Usualis p110. The Agnus Dei sung here is from Mass IV.
This Solemn Mass was celebrated to mark the 50th anniversary of the dedication of the Church of St Anthony of Padua, Headley Way, Oxford, on 16th June 2011 (Whit Thursday). It was celebrated by Fr Aldo Tapparo, parish priest; the deacon was Br Nicholas Edmonds-Smith and the subdeacon Fr Anton Webb, both of the Oxford Oratory.
Mass was accompanied by the Schola Abelis: please visit our blog and consider giving us a donation! More on this Mass here.

Hi Joe! 🤗 I do beg your pardon, but permit me to answer the post below, with the following reply:
According to the Missal of 1962 (the Extraordinary Form of Holy Mass), At High Mass, the Pater Noster is recited by the Priest. The proper response to this is offered by the acolytes and/or the Choir: Sed libera nos a malo. In a so called 'dialogue Mass' the people may respond as well.More

Can the congregation and schola not sing the Pater along with the priest? I have heard of this done, even by traditional orders.
