While we carry the Sacred Scripture along on this issue (and vice versa), others suggest that the sacred writings are now old (and maybe the writers, olden days men). That they don't know science. Not for Genesis, not for the books of the Bible.
From this error springs other errors:
1. Days of creation, not literal.
2. Adam and Eve are just metaphorical.
3. Days of creation taking evolution years.
4. If all above are true, then the Bible is false.
Nothing is new in this world and the truth though with difficulty, (by God's grace) will always be preserved.
Come back from the far land, and bring others back with you to your land where the TV:
1. Won't tell you to turn your clock backwards and then forwards.
2. Won't tell you that there is an alien invasion, and that they spotted it in their Mars, Pluto, & Venus.
3. Won't tell you that a burning boulder is coming to hit you.
