2/5. Was (and is) the abdication of Benedict XVI canonically valid? (by google-translate from Polish)

- What is the only canon from the Code of Canon Law of 1983, which speaks of the conditions for the validity of the resignation of the bishop of Rome in Polish and original Latin? Which canon is it?
- Did Pope Benedict renounce munus? What did he renounce?

The only canon of the entire Code of Canon Law (from 1983), which states under what conditions the resignation of the Bishop of Rome is valid, is canon 332§2. In the Polish translation it reads as follows:
Gdyby się zdarzyło, że Biskup Rzymski zrzekłby się swego urzędu, to do ważności wymaga się, by zrzeczenie zostało dokonane w sposób wolny i było odpowiednio ujawnione; nie wymaga zaś niczyjego przyjęcia[1].

In the original Latin language in which the Code was written, this canon reads:
Si contingat ut Romanus Pontifex muneri suo renuntiet, ad validitatem requiritur ut renuntiatio libere fiat et rite manifestetur, non vero ut a quopiam acceptetur[2].

MUNUS is the key word in this canon, his renunciation is the first condition for the validity of resignation from office. It was used to determine the nature of the church office (in canon 145§1), including the Petrine Office (Munus Petrinum)[3]. In addition to "office," it also means "dignity," "burden," and "gift of grace"[4]. Did Pope Benedict renounce munus? No. Although at the beginning he admits that he is aware of his possession, he later states that he renounces the MINISTERIUM, or „posługa” in Polish (by the way, it was in this sentence that the "commissum" error appeared):
Quapropter bene conscius ponderis huius actus plena libertate declaro me ministerio Episcopi Romae, Successoris Sancti Petri, mihi per manus Cardinalium die 19 aprilis MMV commisso renuntiare[5]
