Unjust Decision: PiusX Prevails in Court

The administrative court of Amiens, France, suspended a decision of the local prefecture of Oise which banned a Corpus Christi procession of the Society of St PiusX (SSPX).

The pretext for the controversial decision was Covid-19. LeSalonBeige.fr reports that PiusX filed an interim injunction against the ban and won. The procession will be held this Sunday after Mass. Law enforcement will be present.

There is very little risk for a Covid-19 infection at ordered outdoor events. In fact, from June 1, in France authorised assemblies and manifestation are allowed with 5000 or an unlimited number of participants according to the specification of the local prefecture.

There is little risk also in the crowd indoor. At least for a year I have not noticed such a risk.

"The pretext for the controversial decision was Covid-19"....and this from the same people who insist mass vaccination are returning things to normal.

They were also the only ones who took up legal challenges and forced liberal Democrat Governors in several of the most radical Democrat states in the country to give an account of their suppression of our freedom of worship and our constitutional rights in court. AND....not a single Governor could rightly defend their position.
