Grande Gesù, che non si pone come uno che ti risolve i problemi, ma come colui che offre orizzonti, che fa più grande la vita. Ma non li lascia soli con i loro limiti: «io sono con voi tutti i giorni» fino alla fine del mondo. Tu lo puoi anche mollare, ma lui non ti molla mai. Ha intriso di Dio il mondo, e ne ha impregnato anche la tua vita; il mondo e tu ne siete battezzati. Se solo io fossi capace di sentire e godere questo, camminerei sulla terra con passo di danza come dentro un battesimo infinito.
Great Jesus, who does not present Himself as someone who solves your problems, but as one who offers horizons, who makes life greater. But He does not leave them alone with their limitations: "I am with you always" until the end of the world. You may abandon Him, but He will never abandon you. He has imbued the world with God, and He has imbued your life with it; the world and you are baptized by it. If only I were capable of feeling and enjoying this, I would walk the earth with a dance step as if in an infinite baptism.
