Burke On Coronavirus: “Christ Is The Lord Of Nature And Of History”

“Christ never abandons us,” Cardinal Raymond Burke wrote on Twitter.com (March 17) about the coronavirus panic.

He added that the prolonged coronavirus assault “naturally leads to sadness and fear,” but that "Christ is the Lord of nature and of history.”

While using natural means to protect ourselves against the pestilence, we should not forget our primary means of defence: "prayer, especially the rosary and Eucharistic adoration.”
