For Cardinal Joseph Coutts and the bishops in Pakistan, LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, in Vatican Conical II refer to hypothetical cases only.
They agree with me. So indirectly they support the traditionalists on the teaching outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation. For them Ad Gentes 7 (all need faith and baptism for salvation) is aligned with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), while LG 8, 14, 16 etc are not practical exceptions in 2026. The Council is dogmatic (AG 7/EENS) and ecclesiocentic (AG /EEG). Ratzinger kept this information a secret.
So like Fr. Davide Pagliarani, the Superior General of the SSPX, they would be saying at the Archbishop’s House in Karachi, that all non Catholics in Pakistan need Catholic faith and the baptism of water in the Catholic Church for salvation. They do not know any person today who would be saved outside the visible boundaries of the Church; without faith and baptism, or in imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3), or goodwill (GS 22) or ignorance (LG 16) or the baptism of desire (LG 14) etc.
So all future cardinals, bishops, priests and deacons in Pakistan who will be ordained, will use the rational and not irrational approach to interpret Vatican Council II. They will be Feeneyite and not Cushingite on the Council.
All religious sisters in the Punjab, will make their religious vows based upon Vatican Council II interpreted only honestly.
CARDINAL RATZINGER SECRET
The Rectors, Parish Priests, Superiors of the Religious Communities, men and women, all agree that LG 8, 14, 16 etc refer to only hypothetical cases and so they cannot be practical exceptions for the dogma EENS or the Athanasius Creed etc in 2026. They are always invisible and hypothetical cases- this was Cardinal Ratzinger’s Secret. He did not tell this to Archbishop Lefebvre and Fr. Leonard Feeney when they were still excommunicated. Cardinal Fernandez hid the LG 16 invisible secret during the schism trial of Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano. He did the same before the schism charge against the SSPX. The Council interpreted rationally supports the traditionalists.
Cardinal Fernandez accused the Arlington Discalced Carmelite Sisters in Texas of schism and excommunicated them and they still have not pointed out legally that LG 8, 14, 16 etc are hypothetical and invisible cases. So Vatican Council II supports them and not Cardinal Fernandez. It is the latter who is in schism on Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms etc, which he interprets with the LG 8, 14, 16 –visible premise.
Similarly if the Dominican, Franciscan and Jesuit communities in Pakistan would persist with the fake interpretation of Vatican Council II, it becomes a legal issue. They are hiding information from people which is important.
The Discalced Carmelites in Texas, whose canonical appeal was rejected by the Vatican, have not asked a secular judge to inform Cardinal Fernandez that LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II are always hypothetical. So Vatican Council II is aligned with Creeds, Councils and Catechisms interpreted only rationally (LG 16 invisible) and not Cardinal Fernandez’s innovation and liberalism in faith and morals.

Also, Taylor Marshall needs to be asked to affirm LG 8 14, 16 etc rationally along with Feeneyite EENS, the EENS of the Church Councils which defined EENS and did not mention any exceptions. He refused to do it when he was a professor at the defunct Fisher-More Catholic College in Texas and neither is he doing it today.
The SSPX was forced to ordain bishops without the approval of Pope Leo who is irrational and schismatic on Vatican Council II.
He is also interpreting all the Creeds irrationally. This is first class heresy in the hierarchy of truths of Pope John Paul II (Ad Tuendem Fidem).
When the pope interprets Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally and not rationally, then his interpretation is in schism with the popes of the Middle Ages for example.
So on the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms interpreted irrationally he is schismatic and not magisterial and apostolic. He has to correct the error and end the scandal. – Lionel Andrades
