One more thing I forgot. Those people can be waiting for the newest phones ready to be sold. They wait in front of shops for days at a time. I have seen that a lot as well. I'm not saying there isn't homeless in China because every country has many as well. Just saying we should be careful of video's and of pictures people love to twist to their own satisfaction.
This is an old video. I believe either during the scamdemonic plan or the floods they had. It could be from any of the problems China has had. People love to take a video or a simple picture and then twist it to their own agenda.
