Because Zionist just means the Jews returning to their land, promised to Abraham.
Did you know that the Bible also speaks of the returning of the Jews to their promised land (after being dispersed 2000 years ago) just before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. (I've been interested in these things for all of my life, and I'm informed, so nobody can fool me, sorry.)
And apostle Paul says it very clearly in Romans 11:15:
"For if the loss of them* be the reconciliation of the
world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life
from the dead?"

Real Christians don't hate their origins! They welcome the returning of the Jews, because it means they will soon accept Jesus Christ, and the Second Coming is near already!

There are prophetic voices saying he will become a Christian (and a very valuable one for that matter).

Lets hope, but as it now anything coming from him is nothing but propaganda
