There was no need for V2 council (1962-1965) to state that we Catholics were not to force people to convert. What Catholics were forcing people?
In fact, it was the exact opposite. We Catholics were murdered, persecuted and sent to concentration camps for not converting to the Nazi cult. This was only approximately 20 years before the council.
