Pointless: Last week University of Notre Dame campus-police shut down twice a pro-marriage table held up by Catholic TFP Student Action. First TFP was told that its permission was not official enough. Later the Student Activities Office called it a "misunderstanding" and gave TFP a second trial. Before doing so the group was assured by police that everything would be 'absolutely' fine. But then the table was shut down a second time. A TFP spokesman said it was "pointless to complain". Quote: “Political correctness seems to trump the truth at most universities today.”
No Guns: Responding to Georgia's new "guns everywhere" law, Atlanta Archbishop Wilton Gregory pledged to keep guns out of Catholic churches, schools and other institutions.
