Thanks for the compliments but the video is not mine.
Signs prohibiting photos and filming were prominently displayed at the entrance to the Basilica.
I believe the video was done by a professional videographer who was permitted to film within the Basilica. Also, except for those attending mass, pilgrims were prevented access to those areas of the Basilica where and while the filming was taking place. When we were there, people filled those areas where the video was shot.
Beginning at 5:29 - 6:42 of the video you will see the L'Arca Di S. Antonio and at 5:55 you will see the marble slab within which the saint's bones are located. Pilgrims (including us) would touch (6:42) and a few would even place their foreheads against this marble slab.
