St Martin of Tours raised an unbaptized catechumen from dead

This true story proves that no one goes to heaven without baptism.
According to Sulpicius’ account, not long after St. Martin established a monastery in Ligugé (five miles south of Poitiers), a catechumen joined the monks in Ligugé for instruction in the faith. While St. Martin was away travelling for three days, the unbaptised catechumen came down with a high fever and died. His body lay lifeless in one of the cells, awaiting burial.
Martin, Sulpicius reports, stretched himself at full length on the dead limbs of his departed brother. After he had stayed lying there some time in prayer, and had become aware through the Spirit that the power of God was present, he rose up for a short time, and fixing his gaze on the dead man’s face he waited with confidence for the result of his prayer and the mercy of the Lord. And after scarcely two hours had passed he saw the dead man begin to move all his limbs little by little, and his eyes trembling and blinking as he recovered his sight.

Is Mary The “Co-Redemptrix”? – A Catholic Analysis (Video)
Recently there’s been quite a bit of discussion about whether the term “Co-Redemptrix” is acceptable according to Catholic teaching. Our video on this topic (see the link above) covers the matter in detail. It documents the relevant Catholic teaching, and it answers objections. It’s remarkable that so many proponents of this incorrect title completely ignore the relevant solemn definitions of the Councils of Florence and Trent, which indeed settle the matter. The statements from Florence and Trent (cited below) are the most important statements of the Church on this topic and every conclusion must be consistent with them. The fact that so many people simply don’t care about what these dogmatic statements say demonstrates that they lack faith and a commitment to God’s truth. As our video shows, they also ignore the pre-Vatican II theologians who rejected the …More

This declaration of Pope Pius IV is binding for all, it is dogmatic, and any one who denies it, is not Catholic.
Pope Pius IV, Council of Trent, Sess. 25, On Invocation, Veneration and Relics of Saints, and on Sacred Images, ex cathedra: “… the saints, who reign with Christ, offer up their prayers to God for men; and that it is good and useful to invoke them suppliantly and, in order to obtain favors from God through His Son JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD, WHO ALONE IS OUR REDEEMER and Savior… And they must also teach that images of Christ, the virgin mother of God and the other saints should be set up and kept… But if anyone should teach or maintain anything contrary to these decrees, let him be anathema.” (Denz. 984)

foward

Let’s be blunt: Tucho Fernández cares nothing about the Co-Redemption, much less about the potential misunderstandings of the faithful. And it would be pathetic to think that he is supposedly reaffirming the sole mediation of Our Lord while both his employers—Bergoglio and Prevost—maintain that all religions lead to God. Tucho Fernández does not have the slightest concern about the spread of doctrinal errors that the Dicastery he unworthily presides over should promptly condemn, errors which he deliberately fuels. No one was concerned about possible “doctrinal misunderstandings” when an attempt was made to pass off the filthy idol of Pachamama as an image of the Virgin Mary carrying the Lord in her womb, after the faithful were outraged and scandalized by the worship of a hideous pagan image by Bergoglio and his associates.
Confusion and contradiction are the hallmark of the synodal Church, its “trademark,” so to speak. It is in accepting contradiction that the faithful must abdicate …

The wrath of God will be stern at judgment

Pope St. Gregory VII, Summer 1076: “… God whose wrath when He begins to judge is as stern as His patience is abundant.”
In his time, 11th Century, Pope St Gregory VIII hardly had any good Bishops.
Pope St. Gregory VII, Jan. 22, 1075: “Again, when with the mind’s eye I see the regions of the west or north or south, I scarcely find bishops who are lawful in respect to their succession and life, and who rule the Christian people from love of Christ and not from secular ambition.”
It is to these bishops Pope St Gregory VII addressed these words “… God whose wrath when He begins to judge is as stern as His patience is abundant.”

A Christian gains more merit by simply thinking of or meditating on the passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ

“Blessed Albert the Great who had St. Thomas Aquinas as his disciple learned in a revelation that by simply thinking of or meditating on the passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ, a Christian gains more merit than if he had fasted on bread and water every Friday for a whole year, or had beaten himself with his discipline once in a week until the blood flowed, or had recited the whole book of psalms every day. If this is so, then how great must be the merit that we can gain by the Holy Rosary which commemorates the whole life and passion of Our Savior!” (St. Louis De Montfort, The Secret of the Rosary, p. 68.)

Catholics are only permitted to pray for those who die as Catholics

Catholics are only permitted to pray for those who die as Catholics and free from obvious grave sin.
St. Augustine, Sermon 172, 5th century: “There can be no doubt at all that these things [i.e. prayers] are of value to the departed; but to such of them as lived in such a way before they died, as would enable them to profit from these things after death. For those, you see, who have departed from their bodies without the faith that works through love (Gal 5:6) and its sacraments, acts of piety of this sort are performed in vain.”
Pope Gregory XVI, Officium, Feb. 16, 1842:
“But this is the report given to us concerning the Catholic rites used in her [Queen Caroline’s] funeral; and we have before our eyes your letter, which, on the 19th day of November, you had given your parish priests regarding this matter. But hardly are we able to express in words what kind of mental anguish we experienced when we learned from the reading of the same [letter] that you had commanded that those public …More

Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation ( CCC 846, Ad Gentes 7 etc). We do not pray for the saints in Heaven and neither for non Catholics. We pray for the souls in Purgatory and for people on earth.

So…we must pour out fervent prayers and have Masses offered for our unbelieving loved ones NOW ..that their eyes and hearts will be opened to the Truth BEFORE their death.

St. Gregory The Great: All Unbelievers & People Outside The Sacraments Are Lost

In this passage from his work Moralia (on the Book of Job), Pope St. Gregory the Great teaches that all who die as unbelievers and without the sacraments of the Church are not saved. Like other saints who address this matter, as part of his exposition he cites John 3 about how one who does not believe is already condemned.
Pope St. Gregory the Great, Moralia, Book 26, Chap. 27 (#50): “Of whom the Prophet says, The ungodly do not rise again in the judgment. [Ps. 1:5] And of whom the Lord declares, But he who does not believe is already condemned. [John 3:18] And of whom Paul says, They who have sinned without the Law, shall perish without the Law. [Rom. 2:12] Therefore even all unbelievers rise again, but to torment and not to judgment. For their case is not then examined; because they come into the presence of their strict Judge, with the condemnation already of their own unbelief. But those, who retain their profession of faith, but have not works in accordance with it, are …More

Padre Pio on Purgatory and Heaven

One day, some of the friars saw Padre Pio abruptly leave the table and begin to speak, as if he were speaking to someone. But no one was around Padre Pio to whom he could have been speaking. The friars thought Padre Pio was going crazy, and they asked him who he was speaking to. “Oh don’t worry, I was talking to some souls who were on their way from Purgatory to Heaven. They stopped here to thank me because I remembered them in my Mass this morning.”
Padre Pio said: “More souls of the dead from Purgatory than of the living climb this mountain to attend my Masses and seek my prayers.”
One time someone asked Padre Pio how Purgatory could be avoided. He replied, “By accepting everything from God’s hand. Offering everything up to Him with love and thanksgiving will enable us to pass from our deathbed to paradise.”

The controversy about the Dimond Brother s (Most Holy Family Monastery) stem from their
extreme theological positions, their adherence to a radical form of Sedevacantism. Check it out for yourself

God’s gaze is upon you, wherever you may be

Place your hope in God alone. If you notice something good in yourself, give credit to God, not to yourself, but be certain that the evil you commit is always your own and yours to acknowledge.
Live in fear of judgment day and have a great horror of hell. Yearn for everlasting life with holy desire. Day by day remind yourself that you are going to die. Hour by hour keep careful watch over all you do, aware that God’s gaze is upon you, wherever you may be. As soon as wrongful thoughts come into your heart, dash them against Christ and disclose them to your spiritual father. Guard your lips from harmful or deceptive speech. Prefer moderation in speech and speak no foolish chatter, nothing just to provoke laughter; do not love immoderate or boisterous laughter.
Listen readily to holy reading, and devote yourself often to prayer. Every day with tears and sighs confess your past sins to God in prayer and change from these evil ways in the future.

Pope Pius XI warned us of the Apostasy prevailing in the Catholic Church today

10. So, Venerable Brethren, it is clear why this Apostolic See has never allowed its subjects to take part in the assemblies of non-Catholics: for the union of Christians can only be promoted by promoting the return to the one true Church of Christ of those who are separated from it, for in the past they have unhappily left it. To the one true Church of Christ, we say, which is visible to all, and which is to remain, according to the will of its Author, exactly the same as He instituted it. During the lapse of centuries, the mystical Spouse of Christ has never been contaminated, nor can she ever in the future be contaminated, as Cyprian bears witness: "The Bride of Christ cannot be made false to her Spouse: she is incorrupt and modest. She knows but one dwelling, she guards the sanctity of the nuptial chamber chastely and modestly." The same holy Martyr with good reason marveled exceedingly that anyone could believe that "this unity in the Church which arises from a divine foundation …More

The peace a soul feels in the state of grace

St. Alphonsus (c. 1755): “What greater peace can a soul feel than in being able to say on lying down at night: Should death come this night, I hope to die in the grace of God. What a consolation is it to hear the thunder roll, to feel the earth tremble, and to await death with resignation, if God so ordain it.”

Pope St. Gregory VII On Christ's Kingship

Vatican II’s heretical teaching on religious liberty was an attack on Christ’s kingship over peoples and nations.
Pope Pius XI, Quas Primas (#19-20), Dec. 11, 1925: “When once men recognize, both in private and in public life, that Christ is King, society will at last receive the great blessings of real liberty, well-ordered discipline, peace and harmony… Oh, what happiness would be Ours if all men, individuals, families, and nations, would but let themselves be governed by Christ!”
Here’s a quote from a true pope, St. Gregory VII, acknowledging the duty of kings to use their power in defense and support of the Church and the public reign of Christ as king.
Pope St. Gregory VII, To King Henry IV of Germany, Dec. 7, 1074: “… know that you hold royal power duly, if you bow down the height of your dominion to Christ the king of kings to bring about the restoration and the defense of His own churches, and if you think over with trembling words when He says, ‘I love those who love me …More

Saturday is Mary’s Special Day

Traditionally, Saturdays within the Church year are dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. This ancient tradition developed in part due to the belief that, as others were filled with fear and confusion, Mother Mary kept vigil on Holy Saturday in prayerful anticipation of Jesus' resurrection.
These interesting events in the life of the Church, all happened on a Saturday
⏩ Saturday, Nov. 27, 1830 , was the day before Advent began that year. That Saturday our Blessed Mother appeared to St. Catherine Labouré in the chapel of the motherhouse of the Daughters of Charity in Paris to give her the Miraculous Medal. Describing the design, Our Lady also said the medal was to have the inscription, “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.” The medal was to be spread far and wide. It was, and continues to be.

Why God rejects your prayers

Proverbs 1:25-30- “… because you have ignored all my counsel and would have none of my reproof, I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when terror strikes you, when terror strikes you like a storm and your calamity comes like a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come upon you. Then they will call upon me, but I will not answer; they will seek me diligently but will not find me. Because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of the Lord, would have none of my counsel and despised all my reproof…”

A Golden Treatise of Mental Prayer by St. Peter Alcantara

"About that time, there was a famous and reformed monastery of Franciscans in the province of St. Gabriel, three miles from Valentia, whither he addressed himself, there to bring his good desires to a joyful period. But as he went along towards this place, he came to a great river, called Tiartar, which, without boat, was impossible to be passed over. He seeing this unexpected bar, to stop his happy journey, looked about, hoping to espy some waterman, who might carry him over, but when he could see none to give him any assistance, he cast his eyes to heaven, and with great anxiety lamented this unhappy hinderance. Behold! upon the sudden (as he himself related,) he was miraculously transported on the other side of the river, without any notable motion, that he could perceive."
This miracle was not unlike to that, when the river Jordan stood still for the children of Israel to pass; or when St. Peter walked upon the waves of the sea; and, indeed, it was no small beginning of Almighty …More

Pope Gregory IX Called Same-Sex Activity “Most Abominable”

In his 1233 document Vox in Rama Pope Gregory IX described the dark and depraved practices of certain heretics in the Rhineland. These included same-sex activity, which the pope condemned as “most abominable sins”.
Pope Gregory IX, Vox in Rama, 1233: “… if perhaps those of the male sex exceed the number of women, surrendering to their disgraceful passions, burning toward one another in their desires, men engage in depravity with men. In a similar way, women change their natural function, which is against nature, making this itself worthy of condemnation among themselves. After these most abominable sins have been completed…”

Pray this to St Joseph after the Rosary in the month of October

In 1889, Pope Leo XIII wrote an encyclical Quamquam Pluries on devotion to St Joseph to all Bishops and Patriarchs. He "prescribed" a prayer to St Joseph to be said during the whole month of October at the recitation of the Rosary. And he asked that this custom be repeated every year. He also attached a partial indulgence to the prayer.
Prayer to St Joseph
To thee, O blessed Joseph, we have recourse in our affliction, and having implored the help of thy thrice holy Spouse, we now, with hearts filled with confidence, earnestly beg thee also to take us under thy protection. By that charity wherewith thou wert united to the Immaculate Virgin Mother of God, and by that fatherly love with which thou didst cherish the Child Jesus, we beseech thee and we humbly pray that thou wilt look down with gracious eye upon that inheritance which Jesus Christ purchased by His blood, and wilt succor us in our need by thy power and strength.

Madonna, Divine Shepherdess ― the vision of Fr Isidore

In 1703 Mary was given the title Divine Shepherdess, bestowed upon her by Father Isidore of Spain after a vision in which the Blessed Mother appeared to him as a shepherdess.
Father Isidore was born of a rich and noble family of Seville, in 1662. He was the pride of his family and looked upon as a prince among his associates. At the age of nineteen he entered the Capuchin Order. He was devoted to Our Lady from childhood and much more so after entering the religious life. After completing his studies he was sent to a monastery in Cadiz. Here he with Father Feliciano erected small shrines to Our Lady along the roadways. They taught the people how to sing the rosary walking along the street. This custom Father Isadore brought with him on returning to Seville. In such a worldly atmosphere this came as a surprise to the people. Cantina and tavern loungers found themselves sliding out the taverns and joining him, to become part of the sheepfold of Mary.
During one of these street tours Christ’s …More

Stunning Revelation of Jesus to Padre Pio

In a letter to Father Agostino (April 7, 1913) Padre Pio revealed: “On Friday morning (28 March 1913) while I was still in bed, Jesus appeared to me. He was in a sorry state and quite disfigured. He showed me a great multitude of priests, regular and secular, among whom were several high ecclesiastical dignitaries. Some were celebrating Mass, while others were vesting or taking off the sacred vestments. The sight of Jesus in distress was very painful to me, so I asked him why he was suffering so much. There was no reply, but his gaze turned on those priests. Shortly afterwards, as if terrified and weary of looking at them, he withdrew his gaze. Then he raised his eyes and looked at me and to my great horror I observed two tears coursing down his cheeks. He drew back from that crowd of priests with an expression of great disgust on his face and cried out: “Butchers!” Then turning to me he said: "My son, do not think that my agony lasted three hours. No, on account of the souls who …More

How the devil seduces us

Interesting quote of St John Eudes
St. John Eudes (17th century): “In order to ensnare us, the Devil gives sin a captivating appearance, that he might the more easily cause us to commit it. It was thus he seduced our first parents: by promising them the knowledge of good and evil. He even dared to tempt our Lord Himself in the same manner; offering Him all the possessions of the earth if He would only commit one sin. We find that in all his attempts to draw us into sin, he invariably holds out a hope of some temporal advantage. Thousands of Christians daily yield to this temptation, and lose the eternal happiness of the other life to enjoy the false pleasures of this world.”

The Holy Confusion

A new occupant found for the throne of Lucifer
In the annals of Franciscan-lore, it is recorded that, when the Seraphic Patriarch, St. Francis of Assisi died, Our Blessed Lord came for his soul; since he was most conformed in imitating the Saviour of the world...
I. His hands and feet were pierced (the first person ever to bear the stigmata of Our Lord in the body)
II. He had 12 companions like Our Lord.
III. He came from a very rich family yet left everything to fulfil what Our Lord told the rich young man who asked Him what he could do to be saved.
IV. He fasted 40 days and 40 nights, and the list continues.
Having lived in penance, rejecting the maxims of the world and loving God with the heart of Seraphs, Our Lord wanted to reward him specially.
As they approached eternity, there was 'HOLY CONFUSION' in Heaven. The Angels could not make out who was Francis and who was Jesus Christ. Some said it was St. Francis on the right, others said it was Jesus who was on the right.
