St Colman's Society for Catholic Liturgy Solemn Latin High Mass for the Holy Fathers intentions.
St. Colman’s Society for Catholic Liturgy
will hold its annual Solemn Latin High Mass,
for the Holy Father’s intentions, on Easter Tuesday, 6 April 2010, at
Sts. Peter and Paul’s, Cork City, at 11 am.
The proper texts for the Mass will sung in Gregorian Chant by members of the Lassus Scholars, Dublin, under the direction of Miss Ite O’Donovan. The ordinary of
the Mass will be Orlando de Lassus’ Missa Paschalis with motets for the Easter season. C.M. Widor’s Toccata will also figure among the organ pieces.
All are most welcome and encouraged to attend Ave Maria Oremus pro Pontifice nostro Benedicto. Dominus conservet eum, et vivificet eum, et beatum faciat eum in terra, et non tradat eum in animam inimicorum eius. [Ps 40:3]

A Missa Cantata will be celebrated for the Octave of the Nativity of Our Lord in the Ennis Franciscan Friary, Ennis, County Clare, Ireland on the 1st January 2010 at 12.00 noon.
