Don't side with German magazine "Der Spiegel" against Francis

We must side with the truth. And in this case Der Spiegel speaks the truth. Nothing in the article (and I have read it) is not substantiated by facts. In fact they are very mild to pope Francis. In reality he is worse than Der Spiegel exposes him.

Troubling: "I'm a Candidate to be a Jesuit . . . and I'm gay"

I would like to ask "J"a couple of questions.

1. Why do you speak of your sexul orientation anyway? I am a religious and I have never felt the need to tell anyone mine (I am hetero by the way)?
2. What does "freedom" means to you? Does it mean that you think that you may "live out" your sexuality, or do you think true freedom is living a life of self-control, a chaste life?
3. I do not want to … More

New Bomb in the Vatican on Cardinal Farrell?

How does Francesca Fagnini know that the dossier is a new "bomb" in the Vatican when she has no knowledge of the content..?

Pope Francis faces worst crisis of his five-year papacy

Just look at Mother Teresa (her feastday is tomorrow): very orthodox, very prolife and with a complete focus on the poorest of the poor.

Just the Facts

Very unctuous words from bishop Steven Biegler. He tells us dat we should not blog about the affairs in the Church, while he himself uses all kind of media to make his not so relevant opinion known.... We do not really benefit from such an advice...

Vatican Will Try to “Deny” Damning Evidence Presented by Viganò

In the end truth will prevail (but it is good to be aware that Satan will fight 'till the end')

Medjugorje: focus on the first ten days

prayhard: when you read the Bible with an unwilling or even ill-affected mind, it is not difficult to find 'grave errors' and 'contradictions' even in the words of Jesus. He preaches love and He says that we must 'hate' our parents. (Don't give me an exegesis because I know already; it is just about what you want to read in a certain text). I have been more than 50 times in Medjugorje and to me … More

Medjugorje: focus on the first ten days

Maccabean Uprising - maybe it is your conviction that the N.O. is invalid, but that is just a personal opinion which deviates from the entire Church. And still, it would make it even more strange that all these good fruits come forth from such a "diabolic" place with an "invalid liturgy". Strange...

Medjugorje: focus on the first ten days

Strange that so many people have found - en still find - God in a place that would be derived from evil spirits... Strange that in no other place of the world so many people go to confession and convert to God.... Strange that so many people, more than any other place in the world, come together several times a week to adore Jesus in the Holy Eucharist... Strange that several new religious … More

Pope Benedict XVI the Brave

This "true" pope will absolutely not see himself as good, and moreover, he will absolutely not see himself as true pope. Amazing how people can identify people against the explicit self-understanding of the person in question. Em.pope Benedict would strongly deny such claims that he would be "the true pope". He would find that ridiculous because he always confirms pope Francis as the legitimate … More

“This Is a Calumny” – Neo Cardinal Disclaims

What the Church Must Learn From the Hideous Irish Referendum

Radulf: problem is that we cannot reverse history. We'd better try a realistic solution: praying the Rosary daily and looking forward to the Triumph of Mary.

Know Mary to Know Jesus - May 15 - Homily - Fr Matthias

Joseph a'Christian: No, God was not in need of one of His creatures but He freely made Himself depenent of the cooperation of His creatures. "Jesus could not do many miracles because of their unbelief." (Mark 6, 5-6). (Although Jesus was Almighty...). And yes, you are right, Jesus is the only way to the Father. Mary does nothing but bringing people to Her Son and giving her Son to the people. … More

Know Mary to Know Jesus - May 15 - Homily - Fr Matthias

Dear Joseph a'Christian, of course Mary is our Coredemptrix. Without Mary we would not even had a Redeemer. It has nothing to do with perceiving Mary as a godess or the fourth Person of the Trinity. It has all to do with Mary's (and our) cooperation in the Work of Redemption. Since Mary was without sin, She cooperated in a perfect way and She can rightly be called our Coredemptrix. Together with … More

April 2, 2018 - Our Lady's Apparition to Mirjana Soldo

tbswv: no, it is not an article of faith to believe in apparitions. Neither is it forbidden, and some very honourable people did believe in Medjugorje, like pope John Paul II, fr. Gabriel Amorth, fr. René Laurentin and millions of other faithful. Why should we oppose it? Time will tell and if it is not from God it will surely disappear. It would not be difficult for God to mislead millions of … More
