So we are supposed to think it is a good thing to be deprived of the Tridentine Rite by the Novus Ordo progressives and when they throw a bone to the last Catholics we should celebrate this? This is more a mockery of the Faith then a witness to it! Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us!

Popes can appoint bishops to assignments and fire them. Bishops are not free to take their diocese and go independant. Bad Popes come and go. The church always prevails.
