Criticism Forbidden: Archbishop Rino Fisichella, the president of the Pontifical Council for Promoting the New Evangelization, explained to journalists what constitutes “physical violence” against the Pope. Quote: “I would say that we need to understand well ‘physical violence,’ because sometimes words, too, are rocks and stones, and therefore I believe some of these sins, too, are far more widespread than we might think.” Fisichella failed to explain why such violence would be called “physical”, this means, referring to the human body.
Another Blow: The open war between Michael Voris’ Church Militant and Bill Donohue’s Catholic League is continuing. Yesterday Donohue published pictures with him, Cardinal Wuerl and Pope Francis. They were taken on September 23 during a meeting in Washington, D.C. The message to Voris is obvious: We are on the side of the pope, you are not.
