Ecumenical Patriarch Interested in Luther

There is a growing interest in Martin Luther among the Orthodox according to the Ecumenical Patriarch, Bartholomew I, writes The Tablet. Bartholomew spoke at Tübingen University, Germany, on 30 May, where he was awarded an honorary doctorate. He welcomed this increasing interest saying that the dialogue with - what he called - "the modern world" was now “in full swing”.
