Victory Against Abortion Regime

U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor in Wichita Falls, Texas, on July 13 ordered the US regime to pay $2.2M in fees to the non-profit Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. The fund represented religious non-profits and a membership organisation of religious healthcare providers in a lawsuit filed in 2016 against the Health and Human Services Department which sought to force the plaintiffs to perform abortions and gender amputations.
