France: The Serial Desecration of Churches Continues

The church of Saint-Nicolas in Montigny-en-Ostrevent, in the diocese of Cambrai, near the Belgian border, was broken into on Sunday morning, 10 October.

Liturgical objects were stolen, including the lunula containing a consecrated host. Other consecrated hosts were scattered on the floor.

In May, the church of Sainte-Trinité in Louvroil, also in the diocese of Cambrai, was desecrated.

Why was the church left so vulnerable? Why hadn't appropriate protective measures been taken (video, alarms, strengthening doors & windows, etc., etc., etc.)? The priest and parishioners are responsible for this by walking through life with their heads in the clouds. Sick to death of those responsible for these churches dodging responsibility for what they made possible.
