Future Abbot Ordained a Deacon – in Private

Brother Luca Fallica, who belongs to the diocesan Holy Trinity Monastery of Dumenza, Italy, was ordained a deacon on Tuesday February 14, SilereNonPossum.it writes (February 19).

Fallica, who is not a Benedictine, was imposed by Francis – without any “synodality” – as the abbot of the Benedictine monastery of Montecassino whose first abbot was Saint Benedict himself.

The rite was presided in Dumenza by Auxiliary Bishop Franco Agnesi, Vicar General of Milan Archdiocese, with the participation of only a few people contrary to Canon Law. Not even the Apostolic Administrator of Montecassino was present.

It is unclear whether Fallica will also have to undergo Benedictine formation and to profess solemn vows in the Benedictine Order.

Archbishop Vigano: ...Bergoglio is totally extraneous to the papacy &…he is entirely alien to the papacy.

Sorry, but I hate Bergoglio. 😡

Love your enemies…and the pope needs prayer, not hate.

I appreciate your commentary KY. Think of it this way - how much time do you want spend in purgatory for that? Is it worth one day?

@Agatha James -Thank you! If you put it that way, 😂.....my thoughts like like that are not worth one day in Purgatory, in other words, suffering for having ill will. I'll try to keep that to myself.....one of my sisters told me that too, "keep it to yourself". I think of it this way now.....Bergoglio isn't worth having ill will over. He is what he is, and that's all that he is... nothing good...…More

Thanks for good advice !

I know I've said this before, but I love these editorial cartoons!!! They are so accurate without needing any explaination. We all know how true they are!! I copied/pasted this one. It's one of the best, and tells the 100% truth without needing words!

He doesn’t need Benedictine formation. He just needs to learn the right paperwork to transfer ownership of Montecassino to the Vatican.
