Paris 2024: The Main Olympic Discipline Has Been Determined

At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, more than 200,000 condoms and 20,000 female condoms will be distributed in the Olympic Village alone, writes LeParisien.fr (20 March).

10,000 latex-free condoms and 20,000 oral dams (a latex square used for oral sex) have also been ordered. HIV screening programmes will also be available at the polyclinic.

Accordingly, the main Olympic discipline will be fornication.

Laurent Dalard, who is in charge of coordinating first aid and health risks for the Paris Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, said there was currently an "upsurge" in venereal diseases among the population.

Leaflets will be distributed and posters put up in the Olympic Village clinic to raise awareness among the nearly 14,500 athletes and their support staff.
