Francis' Synod Boss, “There Are Many Homosexual Priests”
The Church “must change” [= imitate the hapless Protestants], Luxembourg Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich, 63, general rapporteur of Francis’ Synod, told La-Croix.com (August 3).
He repeats the prejudices of the Church's enemies, claiming, for example, that women are "at the centre of the Church" but "have been ignored too much." The truth: Christ is at the centre of the Church and the Church's problem is that she is ignored by men.
Hollerich believes that clergy formation "must change", “It must not focus only on the liturgy, even though I understand that seminarians attach great importance to it.” The truth: since Vatican II - 60 years ago - the liturgical formation of the seminarians has been reduced to zero.

The only seminaries that give excessive “liturgical formation” are the ones that encourage priests to be showmen, and this was common in the ‘70s and ‘80s. They taught techniques for extemporaneous prayer, oversized gestures, unusual ways to swing a thurible, etc. Conservative seminaries spend very little time on liturgical formation, outside of daily Mass and the Divine Office. Young priests are concerned about it, for the laity, because they’ve grown up in the post VII disaster.
