Pro-Homosex-Priest Suspended – But It's Not What a Sane Catholic Would Expect

Secularised Father Luca Favarin, 51, Italy, from Padua, Italy, has been suspended at his own request, he announced on Facebook.com (December 17).

His decision followed a stormy meeting with Padua Bishop Claudio Cipolla. Favarin hides behind civilian clothes but wears long hair and homosex paraphernalia showing his true faith. He also propagates illegal mass immigration which mainly consists of young men.

The trouble with the bishop has nothing to do with all this, but with Favarin's economic activity, which consists of small businesses, restaurants and bars.

Bishop Cipolla is allegedly concerned about the "financial transparency" of these dealings. Favarin claims that he takes in about €1.7M a year. Canon law prohibits priests from running businesses for their own benefit without permission.

Favarin insists that the money is used to support "needy persons" or to employ them.
