Cupich Turns His Victims into Perpetrators

Chicago Archdiocese told Abc7Chicago.com (August 4) that the Shrine of Christ the King communicated to the archdiocese on July 31 that they would stop offering Mass and other sacraments adding that "it was their choice to do so".

Susan Thomas, a spokeswoman for Chicago Cardinal Blase Cupich told Chicago.Suntimes.com that the Institute “chose to discontinue the Masses” claiming that “we did not ban them. They chose to discontinue altogether.”

The facts: Cupich blackmailed the Institute of Christ the King to either subscribe to the lie that the Novus Ordo which was invented in 1969 is "the only expression" of the Roman Rite or to leave. Since lying was no option for them, they had to leave.

If Cupich's logic were applied to St Thomas More and St John Fisher, one would have to conclude that it was their decision to have their heads cut off.
