Monsignor Nicola Bux: What Happens When the Christian Faith Is No Longer Lived?

Monsignor Nicola Bux, 76, a famous Italian theologian and friend of Benedict XVI, spoke at Le Tavole di Assisi. Excerpts.

- At the top of the Church, clerics have taken office for whom Christ is just an excuse to talk about something else.

- They are creating a "Church in reverse" of what the Lord intended.

- We have reached the point where new bishops, installed in dioceses, destroy what their predecessors did.

- Since the 1960s, utopias have entered the Magisterium to the point of becoming moral norms.

- What happens when Christianity is no longer lived? Christianity disappears, as it does today in Europe and North America.

- As a whole, Christianity will not disappear because Christianity is Christ.

When the Catholic faith is no longer lived, it dies. But the underground Church will grow.

Bishop against bishop, cardinal against cardinal.. "In 2018, Father Nicola Bux, a former consultor to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and for the Congregation of Saints, was concerned enough about the possible basis for this seeming diarchy within the papacy that he called for a juridical and historical investigation into the validity of Benedict’s resignation." -“Questions hinge on comments Benedict and others have made over whether he fully abdicated the ministerium (active ministry) of the Successor of Peter but not the papal munus (office) — a bifurcation which canonists and theologians say is impossible.”

All Saints

Under ground is where the Roots are.

The Church will be entombed, as Father Malachi Martin has written. In other words, the real Church will be underground.
