Coronavirus: Priest Prevented Death in Solitude

Dominican Father Patrick Hyde, a chaplain at Indiana University in Bloomington, on April 21 gave the Last Rites to a person who was dying with the coronavirus.

Hyde wrote on Twitter.com that the person recognised his voice, was full of joy, and said,

“Father, I’m so glad you’re here. Now I can go in peace.”
