But then, with his notorious “if the Lord permits me to say,” he fell into another cheap heresy, “It seems that the Lord cannot do anything without us either, because the fruit comes from the branches, not from the vine.
Unfortunately, Francis is wrong because God has bound us to the vine, he is not bound to it (cf. CCC 1257).
