That is so beautiful but shame to the lady in the yellow who just passed her by.
It is so... touching. Not beautiful, not wise, just touching i.e. emotional - as today insane world loves to be.
Sure it is touching or emotional but that's okay too. That young man did a good deed and that is beautiful. He could have passed her by like the lady in yellow but he didn't. He performed a virtue to help his neighbor and that is very beautiful!
