The California attorney general Xavier Becerra has levied new, more specific accusations against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, whose undercover videos unmasked criminal activities of the abortion network Planned Parenthood which sells organs of infants murdered by its abortionists. The new charges regard "invasion-of-privacy".
Daleiden's Center for Medical Progress recorded conversations that uncover Planned Parenthood's criminal behavior.
Attorney general Becerra is pro-abortion and a member of the pro-abortion Democratic Party. He is in favor of sex-selective abortions. As a member of the U.S. House of Representatives (2003-2013) he received a 100% rating from Planned Parenthood.
