Scandal? Episcopal Vicar Hushes Up Homosex Pseudo-Marriage

Two lesbians in "wedding" dresses recently performed in Saint-Vaast Church, Bondues, Lille Diocese, France. Riposte-Catholique.fr contacted Father Thierry Vandemoortele, the parish-priest and episcopal vicar, for more information. Assuming that his interlocutors were stupid, Vandemoortele played with words, claiming that this was not a "wedding" (see photo) nor a homosex blessing, but “a time of prayer.” He failed to explain why a "time of prayer" should involve two women disguised as brides.
