The choir of Eichstätt Cathedral, Germany, is going to be renewed. The stone table, already anchored in the floor in 1975, remains. New items are the ambo, the bishop's seat, a cross and candlesticks. Bistum-Eichstaett.de (July 20) believes that the new design is of "its own artistic language and identity." The cost is 130.000€, financed by donations.
