Germans Are NO Model for Francis’ Synod

Whether Biden and Pelosi should receive communion, is for Copenhagen Bishop Czeslaw Kozon, Denmark, the President of the Scandinavian Bishops’ Conference, a “difficult question” that has “not an obvious answer.”

He cannot understand how Catholics could support Roe vs. Wade but to refuse Communion is for him “more complicated” [because it puts you in the crosshairs of the oligarch media], he told Katolsk.no (June 6).

There exists a dialogue with the Danish Lutherans, “Even if we are far apart on some issues, it's nice to have a conversation.”

Kozon is critical of the German Synod which the German defend “with beak and claws” and insists that Francis Synod should not be seen in the light of the German Synodal Path.

Things only become "complicated" when one allows rationalization, human respect and prevarication to enter. For, otherwise, the laws of God and of the Church are clear. Our Lord was not complicated. The Scriptures are not complicated. Christ made it very clear.....

Wouldn't it be ironic if Francis passes on before his precious Synod gets going, and the new Pope cancells all his plans and agenda?
