Judge Frank Caprio has passed away at 88. One of the most popular videos showing why he is called “the world's nicest judge.”
I will miss Judge Caprio. I watched many of his video's. I was very sad to see him in the hospital again. The next day I found out he had passed away shortly after uploading the video in the hospital asking for prayers.
