Dear brothers and sisters, to this world of ours. at the beginning of the third millennium, ravaged by wars and conflicts, torn apart by injustices and abuses of power, confused by ideologies and falsehoods, God, the Father, through the community of the Church gathered around the Eucharistic table set by the Spirit, offers "for free" to the entire humankind, His extraordinary "weapon of mass reconciliation" , that is Christ, the broken Bread, for the life of the world
