Homosex Fanatics Persecute Bishop Proclaiming Catholic Faith

Homosexual acts are a “mortal sin,” Tenerife Bishop Bernardo Álvarez Afonso, 72, explained in a TV interview saying that homosexuality as sexual addiction is comparable to alcoholism.

Homosex militants called "LGBTI Diversas,” unable to handle criticism, launched an online campaign against Álvarez. Being a bishop, he backed down and "apologised to LGTBI people" for his "unsuccessful" statements saying that a "more detailed explanation" would have been helpful.

The agitators didn’t accept the apology and called for Álvarez' removal who has been preaching the truth about homosexuality before. The decadent parliament and Tenerife's president - leftwing fundamentalists - condemned the bishop. Socialists have a longstanding hatred an open society and freedom.

On February 16, the local Gaystapo (prosecution) summoned Álvarez for “hate crime” and questioned him for 1.5 hours.

Against these moral slow learners one should never back down. It is for their own good that they hear the truth clearly taught. It is also good for the faithful to hear clear doctrine so that they are not confused by the incoherent babel of the morally confused.

Too bad. He had the courage to speak the truth about homosexual acts being mortally sinful. But, faced with blowback, he turned a coward. He is now a double loser. God, please bless us with courageous bishops who will gladly die for the faith. Many of us will gladly follow them, if we could only find them
