Austrian Bishop: "Frank" Francis Refuses to Be "Frank"

Retired Salzburg Auxiliary Bishop Andreas Laun has noticed that Pope Francis likes to talk of frankness and mercy but, at the same time, rejects even cardinals, when they have doubts about his [confused] teaching and ask for a frank and fraternal conversation.

Writing on kath.net (April 10), Laun further notices that, in Amoris Laetitia, Francis does not give clear and unambiguous answers as his predecessors did.

Laun is a moral theologian and staunched pro-lifer. A majority of the Austrian bishops is pro-choice.
