Queens Catholics March Over a Mile With Body of Christ
Three hundred faithful took to the streets of Bayside, Queens on May 28 — crossing highways and stopping traffic — to walk more than a mile in procession with the Body of Christ. The celebration honored 20 children from Deanery 5 who recently received their First Communion, with parishes from eight Queens neighborhoods coming together for the milestone moment.
