I thought the Catholic church means universal that means one church only ,the Pope needs to be corrected ,by the Cardinals everywhere

So the Church bows to the prevailing culture of an area? So is the Church Catholic anymore? As St. Vincent of Lerins said: "We need to hold to the faith which has been believed everywhere, always by all."
