Understood what? What did he understand? He was a tool of the Judeo-Masonic New World Order that is destroying western civilization and Christianity. Ratzinger played a pivotal role in destroying Catholicism throughout Europe because he was a MODERNIST heretic and an enemy of the Social Kingship of Christ.
