Videos: Brazilian Bishop in Troubles

Bishop Tomé Ferreira da Silva, 60, of São José do Rio Preto, a former professor of philosophy who owes his career to the former anti-Catholic São Paulo Cardinal Cláudio Hummes is in troubles.

The reason: Videos have been leaked on August 13 showing da Silva undressed, fondling his private parts, and talking to some adult in a virtual conversation.

Because of his anti-Catholic positions, de Silva has encountered resistance from priests and faithful, since he arrived in Rio Preto.

De Silva was born the tenth child in a family of twelve siblings and studied at the Gregorian University in Rome.
