Secular Blasphemy Law Fails: Former Minister Acquitted

A Helsinki court acquitted Finland’s former interior minister Päivi Räsänen, 62, a physician and mother of five, on March 30.

Fanatical homosexualists accused Räsänen after she had said that God created men male and female and stated the commonplace that homosexual acts are a disorder of psycho-sexual development. Räsänen, a Lutheran, also questions her church’s engagement in homosex propaganda.

The unanimous 28-page ruling said that “it is not for the district court to interpret biblical concepts” like sin.

In the run-up to the trial, some observers had expressed their concern that the use of Finland's “hate speech law” is tantamount to a secular blasphemy law.

yes, this act would be very good for her soul if she was a member of the one Apostolic Catholic Church.
Hope it leads her close to conversion.More
