A 26-year-old man deliberately plowed a car into a crowd near the train station in Caen, France, yesterday, killing two people and injuring 10 others, seven critically.
The suspect, who was born in Russia, was arrested about 20 km away in Ouistreham; authorities said there was no indication of a terrorist motive at this stage.
