We live in a clown world that can not speak a rational language because it allows a minority to change the standard meaning of terms. This is a political propaganda operation, it does not further rational discourse. It should be discussed that some men are dissatisfied with their male bodies and the social consequences that result from having one. They may want to dress like women, act like women and be treated as women. They are not women in the standard sense of the term. Those that say that they are women do not help the psychological adjustment of the afflicted men nor do they facilitate clear, truthful, and logical conversation about what has become a societal problem
