I think anyone has the right to reconsider one's original stance particularly in light of things which are not good which stem from the original supposedly benign document afterwards. Personally, I wouldn't have wrapped fish in 'Laetitia' right from the start, no matter have subjected the faithful to such blatant and banal pap.
